The hotel blew me away with its amazing sea views from the balcony where they served drinks and nibbles. The terrace and jacuzzi were such great perks. The employees were all fantastic. However, there were some minor issues with the busy lunch service.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous, really big, with an amazingly comfortable bed, great TV with sky, and a wonderful bathroom. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. The view from the room was stunning. The service was impeccable and so helpful, with staff that were amazingly helpful, kind, and supportive. The location was fantastic, just a 10/15-minute stroll into Rapallo, which is a beautiful town with a great evening scene. The dining experience was great, with waiters in their crisp uniforms and good quality despite limited choices.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel with a wonderful terrace and Jacuzzi providing amazing sea views. The suite was magnificent, but the room temperature was too hot at times due to thin walls and ceilings. However, the location on a hill overlooking the Port of Rapallo was truly breathtaking, although the service had some ups and downs.
